Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of our site and our pro gaming training rooms. By booking a room or using the venue, you agree to these terms.

The service

We provide quiet training rooms with high-end gaming PCs, booked by the hour, for players who want to practise and review their gameplay. Rooms are for skill-based practice and coached review only.

Bookings

When you submit the booking form you request a room, a date and a number of hours. A booking is confirmed only when we reply to confirm the seat and the hour. We may decline or reschedule a booking where a room is unavailable.

Passes

Passes trade a flat monthly rate for a set number of open hours or booked blocks, as described on the rates section. Pass hours apply within the period stated and are not exchangeable for cash.

Points and leaderboards

We track sessions by hours logged and points earned through practice. Points and leaderboards reflect effort and consistency only. They are not wagers, carry no cash value, and are not prizes. There is no betting or game of chance offered here — this is entertainment only, not a gambling venue.

Conduct in the venue

Rooms are shared by serious players. You agree to keep noise down, respect other bookings, follow staff instructions, and use the equipment with care. We may end a session without refund for behaviour that disrupts the venue or damages equipment.

Equipment and replay capture

Please report any equipment fault rather than attempting a repair. Session footage captured to your locker is provided for your own review. You are responsible for how you use footage that includes other people.

Payment and cancellation

Rates are charged per the option you select at booking. Where you need to cancel or change a booking, contact us through the channel you used to book, as early as you can, so the seat can be released to another player.

Liability

We work to keep the venue and equipment safe and available, but we provide the service on an as-is basis and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for outcomes in your gameplay.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the venue means you accept the current terms.
